Came in and spoke to Brad about joining up. After doing a walkthrough the facilites and explaining some of the machines, asnwered all questions we settled down for me to sign up. Brad was very accomodating showing me and demonstrating the different machines, even when i said i was going to try out other gyms in the area he never pressured and never made me feel like if i didnt sign up there and then id lose a great deal, bonus points he never bad mothed the other gyms and actually encourage me to try them to see the difference. Super friendly, to the point and no pressure got me over the line. The process was easy and hassle free. Side note Dallas makes the best shakes and is the friendliest face at the counter. ~ Bumble B
I couldn’t recommend this gym enough. From the moment I walked in, Brodi made the entire process seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. Having only recently had my baby 8 weeks ago, I’ve been struggling with motivation and consistency - but Brodi went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and supported. He took the time to really listen and understand where I’m at physically and mentally, and carefully tailored a health and membership plan to suit my post-partum needs and goals. His knowledge, empathy, and professionalism were exceptional - I walked out feeling confident, motivated, and excited to begin my fitness journey again. A big thank you also to Daisy, who cared for my little one while I signed up. Seeing his happy face when I returned was such a comfort and reassurance. The very next day, I was welcomed by Nick, the manager — super friendly and approachable, which made a great first impression. One of the standout features is their app, which lets you order a protein shake in advance so it’s ready as you finish your workout — such a smart touch!
